pulp fiction

I’m not a big fiction reader, but when I do, I tend towards crime thrillers—often historical—and you already know I’m a big fan of anything retro or mid-century. So, I was thrilled to be able to do some design work for an amazing writer, Hobert Glasse.

Hobert writes with such an edge you simply can’t help but be swept along. It’s like the best ‘50s style Mickey Spillane pulp novels, but set in the present day.

I say “set”, but to be honest, I’m not entirely sure if Hobert is telling us a true story or not. Whatever it is, it’s exciting, addictive and oh, so sexy (oh yes - you might want to wrap your computer in brown paper).

Give Hobert’s Avenging Olympia a read and add it to your RSS stream. I promise, you will love this.
