not very accesible for me

Up to now, the whole accessibility thing didn’t bother me that much. For my personal site, it doesn’t really matter if it’s 100% accessible to 100% of the people, so I don’t bother with relative font sizes that allow the user to resize the font. I set my fonts at the size that looks good to me. For client’s sites, I do ensure that the font is readable, but again, tend to choose consistency over 100% compatibility. I’m relieved to read that this article backs me up in this.

Still, it seemed sensible to try and get a grip on the issue and I’d read Diveintomark’s explanation before but never tried it. Unfortunately, I can’t get it to work properly (although I may be misunderstanding what it’s trying to achieve).

Now I found this that talks about using ems with a percentage base. Don’t know what that will do, but this is a reminder to myself to try it. For now, however, it’s back to pixels.
