seemed interesting
This article from the Beeb, about a survey of the world’s belief in God for an upcoming programme, looked like it would be interesting, until you realise how small their sample was and the claims they are making as a result.
According to the programme, Britain is the world’s most secular nation, with less than 67% saying they believe in God (or less than 50% depending on what link you follow on that page). Unfortunately, they polled only 10 countries with the UK being the only European one. Odd as well is that they also polled South Korea - I’m not 100% sure, but I was under the impression that South Korea was fundamentally Buddhist and of course, there is no God in Buddhism.
Weird.
