tarrah 2004
Well, I am a neglectful blogger. Perhaps I’m simply a burnt-out blogger. Or something. To be honest, I don’t have any plans to shut down the blog as some do when they bore of brain-dumping on the internet, but I definitely don’t have much to say at the moment. Perhaps it will come back to me later. Or maybe not…
Not a lot has been going on around here. A quiet Christmas and probably a quiet New Year as well.
In the meantime, there are new Cambridge photos in the Gallery. Not actually new - just some I’d forgotten to upload. Because I’d taken them in the summer, I’d forgotten what some of the photos were of. The brilliant Cambridge 2000 helped me identify buildings and find out a bit about them as well, which I’ve gratefully paraphrased for my descriptions. The site also has a cool feature that allows you to pinpoint specific buildings via an interactive aerial photo of the city.
Oh, and I’m sure you’ve been reminded enough, but don’t forget to give generously to disaster relief organisations, now and in future. Natural (and un-natural) disasters can happen anywhere, to anyone. The BBC has a good list of charities to choose from.
